Installation of external heating networks (TC)

01. Trench development and route preparation

We carry out earthworks in a mechanized way:

development of trenches for heating mains
formation of design biases
installation of sandy bases
preparing the cushion for channels and trays

Our own special equipment allows us to work quickly and without delay.

02. Installation of pre-insulated pipes (PUF)

We lay heat pipelines from PU pipes:

double-tube and single-tube systems
metal pipes with factory-made PU insulation
installation of a humidification control signal cable
laying in channels or channelless laying

All connections are made in compliance with temperature conditions and technological maps.

03. Welding of pipelines of thermal networks

Welding work is carried out by certified specialists:

butt welding of steel pipes
installation of heat shrinkable couplings
installation of PU "coupling-coupling" connections
seam quality control

We perform a full cycle of welding work for heating and hot water supply/central heating systems.

04. Installation of heat chambers and wells

Installing:

thermal chambers
shut-off and control valves
compensators
supports and fasteners

We comply with all requirements for temperature effects and compensation of linear extensions.

05. Hydraulic testing

Before starting, we carry out tests for strength and tightness.:

pipeline pressing
checking the fittings

07. Executive documentation

We are preparing a complete package of documents for the delivery of networks:

acts of hidden work
execution schemes
welding logs

Installation of internal heating systems

01. Laying of heating mains

Internal heating pipelines are installed:

made of steel, polypropylene (PPR), copper or metal-plastic pipes
in a hidden or open way
in tunnels, shafts, on walls and ceilings

We ensure minimal heat loss and durability of the system.

02. Installation of risers and horizontal wiring

Installing:

floor risers
main heating lines
radiator linings

We observe the design diameters, hydraulic characteristics and slopes.

03. Installation of heating equipment

Mounting:

radiators (aluminum, bimetallic, steel)
collector heating units
circulation pumps
shut-off and control valves
expansion tanks
low-power heating points

We ensure the correct strapping of each element.

04. Installation of individual heating points (ITP)

We are conducting:

installation of plate heat exchangers
installation of the security group
automation of heat supply
heat metering units

We design and assemble the systems taking into account the cost-effectiveness and safety of operation.
